Iowa City Film Photographer | Weekend in Milwaukee

You know, sometimes you just gotta get away. So when my best friend’s, best Spanish friend moved 5 hours away from me (I mean fate, right, seeing that we used to be a time change of 6 hours apart…)- it meant I had a weekend getaway on my hands.  I brought along my new film camera (more on that soon!!) and we explored, ate, chatted, etc. It was a good time. Thank you Barbara & Nathan for being most excellent hosts!

1. They sit down, in this gloriously sunny room, and play the piano together. What?!? Seriously one of the sweetest family moments I have ever had the honor to capture.

Iowa City Old Capitol & Museum Engagement | Kristina & Patrick

I’m so excited to share this lovely and classic engagement session.  We started out at the University of Iowa’s Natural History Museum- the site of Kristina and Patrick’s first date! Then we wandered around the Old Capitol as the sun set.

I can’t wait for these two to tie the knot in May 🙂
